Profile
Mary has been a family law mediator for almost 20 years. She is a barrister in family law. She has a background in executive roles in State and Federal government sectors, and is also a facilitator, executive coach, and nationally accredited mediator. She has an Honours degree in psychology and has followed her passion for facilitation by obtaining accreditation in Executive Coaching from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, and becoming an accredited practitioner of Hardwired Humans™, a framework for predicting and managing human behaviour. Mary also facilitates and investigates work place disputes.
Mary serves on the Legal Aid Commission of NSW Family Dispute Practitioner’s Panels, the Department of Family and Community Services Family Group Conferencing Panel and the Law Society of NSW Family Law Settlement Scheme panels.
