Experience

I am a practicing family law solicitor in addition to being an accredited FDRP and mediator. I have been practicing in the area of family law specialising in parenting matters for over 10 years. I prefer to use a collaborative approach to resolving family disputes which has seen me successfully negotiate outcomes for clients outside of the courtroom. I have qualifications in counselling as well as mediation and can offer clients an empathic and minimal stress practice at a time in their journey where they are facing major upheaval. I am happy to negotiate payment plans and am also a Legal Aid preferred Supplier for family law parenting matters. My mediation practice is based on the facilitative model and I am also strengthening that practice by completing training in transformative mediation which allows both parties to improve their interaction as they discuss conflict in a safe environment, and uncover and address underlying issues.
